Sometimes in an interview you’re asked which work inspires you.

I feel ‘work’ is best when it doesn’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

When you can see heart & soul has been poured in.

Or at least a burst of genuine energy and excitement.

It doesn’t always have to be polished or crafted to death.

Rather raw, real & heartfelt.

For me these people usually come to mind.

I think what unites them is the fact none of them hardly ever sit still.

Wether than means they're out running, hiking, touring, writing, making music, drawing or scribbling away.

Putting their personality into their creative endeavours.

Not afraid to change direction.

Never sticking to just one style or direction.

They might go silent for a little while.

Introspection, recharging, reconfiguring.

But they’ll always come back.

With ‘work’ that inspires me.
